Villa Rental Terms & Conditions:
- All rates are quoted in USD
- Rates is subject to 21% tax and service charge.
- Normal season period: Jan 8 to July 19 – Sept 8 to Dec 14
- High season period: Dec 15 to Jan 7 – July 20 to Sept 7
- Daily Continental or American Breakfast is included in full rate and optional in the discounted rates ( Guests pay ingredients only).
- Rates include free return airport transfers
- Day use or late check-out until 18:00 will be charged at 50% of daily room rate.
- Extra bed will be charged at USD 35++ /night including daily Continental or American Breakfast for one person.
- Additional Breakfast will be charged at USD 7++ /person.
- Additional airport pick up at USD 10++ /car/way.
