Reservation

When you complete and send the “Reservation Form“, we will email or fax the ‘Reservation Confirmation’ together with the deposit request which is has to be paid within three (3) business days in order to guarantee/hold the reservation.

Payments

To guarantee/hold a reservation, a 35% (Normal Season Period) & 100% (High Season Period) deposit is required to be paid within three (3) business days, and the balance will be payable upon arrival. By making the deposit payment, the customer agrees on this Terms and Conditions, and PT Mitra Bali Abadi management have to guarantee the reservation. All payments through bank transfer need to be received in net amount, exclude of bank charges.

Cancellation Policy and Changes In Booking Period

Deposit is a non-refundable payment. However, on case by case basis, PT Mitra Bali Abadi management will do our best to assist the customer to deal with changes in some circumstances and allow the use of the deposit for future reservation, within a time limit. This depends on availability and the advance notice of the changes.

The remaining balance payment based on the booking confirmation is payable upon check-in. In case the customer has to change his travel plans and cannot stay at the full booking period then a two (2) months notice before arrival day is required to revise the booking confirmation. A new booking confirmation will then be issued and different rate may apply. In the event of no-show as well as early departure the final balance is non-refundable.

Minimum Stays, Check-in and Check-out Times, and Rental Rates

The minimum stay is three (3) nights. Check-in time is from 14:00 and check-out time is 12:00. Late check-out can be booked at half the daily rate, subject to availability. Rental rates may vary according to the season and subject to change without notice; the customer is advised to check the applicable rates on our website or by phone before make a booking.

Insurance

The customer is advised to have a travel insurance, for the unlikely event of an illness, accident, loss of personal items and other travel contingencies during the travel or stay in Bali.

Regulations

The customers need to be aware that they are required to comply with local laws and regulations. Copy of passport is required at check-in for police registration and only registered guests can stay in the villa. No drugs or any illegal activities are permitted on the premises. The guests need to show consideration regarding noise levels and to respect the privacy of other guests and neighbors. Any cost of dealing with police or other authorities is the responsibility of the customer.

Responsibility

The customer is responsible for any damage caused to the villa or its content during the stay, this includes damages caused by other people that the customer invites to the villa.

Please be advised that PT Mitra Bali Abadi or Villa management is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal items, illness, injuries or accidents during your stay in our villas. Delay in arrival for any reason or changes in travel schedules cannot be compensated by the management. No responsibility can be taken for failure of machinery or equipment in the villa, but the management will aim to assist the customers in the best way possible and have any such problems rectified as quickly as possible. This includes services that depend on the performance of external providers such as cable TV signal and internet connection. The management does not accept responsibility for any events that are not in control of the management, such as fire and severe weather.
